VisitOSLO receives award
Oslo's tourist office moved into modern new premises a few years ago. The move coincided with a major transformation in its activities. Where it was previously a more traditional tourist office, Oslo Visitor Centre now combines personal service with a wide range of digital aids. This attractive concept has received an award for innovation and the way it interacts with customers. This weekend the new buses to route 5C in Copenhagen were introduced. MultiQ is the supplier of the complete ITS solution in these new buses. New bus concept shown at bus fair
MultiQ recently participated at the Bus fair in Herning and the event was a success with a lot of visitors and many interesting discussions.
The new bus concept in Copenhagen, Route 5C, was well represented at the fair with a complete bus being available there. MultiQ is the supplier of the Digital Communication in these buses and with this delivery we present some new solutions for seamless passenger information.

MultiQ at Bus fair
Busmessen in Herning, Denmark, is the biggest bus fair in Scandinavia. This year it takes place the 23rd to the 25th of March. It is an activity that gathers the whole bus transport business and as an important player MultiQ will of course be present at this event. You will find us in stand H6010 where we will be together with Mekasign, a partner to us.
MultiQ is showing increasing revenues for the full year 2016 as well as improved quarterly earnings.
"We are happy to present increased revenues for the fourth quarter of 2016" says Lars Pålsson, acting CEO of MultiQ. He continues: "Our focus will now be growth"

Internal TV at Evidensia
MultiQ has recently signed a contract with a new customer in Sweden; Evidensia. This is a chain of veterinary care clinics with in total 170 clinics all over the north European countries.
Evidensia will use mediaplayers and the system from MultiQ for internal TV at the clinics in Sweden. In total 60 mediaplayers are now being installed at the different clinics all over the country.
MultiQ receives a new order for monitors from a North American gaming company
A large North American gaming company has placed a new order with MultiQ. The order is a continuation order as the customer intends to expand its gaming system with customer monitors for advertising and verification of the prizes for the gaming agents. The order is worth approximately SEK 3.5 million and delivery is scheduled for the first quarter of 2017.
"Customer monitors as an information channel in the retail environment is an area with high demand because they can be used as effective marketing and as interactive customer service. The high quality of the monitor, 5 years’ warranty, worldwide service and future-proof design were key factors in the customer's choice of MultiQ as supplier, " says Lars Pålsson, acting CEO of MultiQ.
Large European gaming company continues to invest in solution from MultiQ
MultiQ has received a new order, worth SEK 2.7 million, for digital customer communication from a major European customer in the gaming industry. The customer is continuing its focus on offering a better gaming experience at the customer's gaming agents by having interactive displays with real-time information. The order is to be delivered promptly.
"We can offer our customers a complete solution for gaming information. With digital solutions, customers get updated real-time information for sports betting and lotteries, and an attractive gaming environment is created, " says Lars Pålsson, acting CEO of MultiQ.
Euro Bus Expo 2016
Yutong, the largest bus maker in the world, shows the future of their electric buses. Our partner in the UK, 21st Century, is the provider of the infrastructure on the bus. The infrastructure includes MultiQ´s infotainment system: a combination of information and entertainment. The key to maximized passenger satisfaction is easily accessible, real-time, seamless travel information. We deliver a digital system that can be integrated with any existing system. This allows for automatically published real-time route point information and connection data.
Gaming company investing in communication in the checkout queue with solution from MultiQ
MultiQ has received an order worth SEK 3.5 million from a major European player in the gaming industry. The client has decided to upgrade its digital communication in the checkout queue and invest in a new system from MultiQ. The idea is to create a more attractive and even more informative environment in the checkout queue.
"The customer is well known at MultiQ. They have now chosen to invest in another solution from us, and we are naturally very happy. It shows that they have great confidence in us as a supplier, " says Lars Pålsson, acting CEO of MultiQ.
The order will be delivered in Q4, 2016.

MultiQ at Retail Digital Signage expo in London
9-10th of March MultiQ participated at the Retail Digital Signage Expo in London, UK.
A lot of people visited our stand where we showed some of our digital signage solutions as well as our monitors. The expo was a success and our concept “The Digital Store” was well received by the visitors.
One of our customers, Mr. Thomas Just Rasmussen, COO and Co-owner Intersport, was one of the speakers at the event. He spoke about seamless information; a concept about connecting online and in-store shopping where MultiQ is the supplier. It is our Digital Signage system that makes it possible for Retail customers like Intersport to ensure continuity in their communication with customers.

In November an inspirational event for our Banking customers was held in our office in Stockholm.
Speakers were Daniel Bloch from our Norwegian office and Martin Deinoff, an adviser and visionary within digital marketing and business development.
Daniel talked about our customers the Swiss banks and the very inspirational things they do. Martin talked about trends within the digital field and how people interact with the digital world.
